What this website is

This website describes fiberglass pool installation, service and repair offered in the Tucson metropolitan area. It is for information only. Nothing on it is an offer to contract, and nothing on it creates a binding agreement to build, service or repair a pool.

These terms are not a construction or service contract. Any pool installation, repair or ongoing service we carry out is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which sets out the scope, price, schedule, payment terms and any warranty. If anything on this website conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.

Quotes and pricing

Any cost discussion, example figure or price range on this website is general guidance only. It is not a quote and not an offer. The real price of a fiberglass pool or a repair depends on the specific property, the shell, crane and delivery access, ground conditions such as caliche or rock, the deck, equipment and features chosen, and the permit and HOA requirements for the address. None of that can be known without a visit.

A quote exists only once we have visited the property and given you a written, itemized document. Written quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote itself.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and useful, and it is written from the conditions pools face in this region. Even so, permit requirements, pool barrier rules, product specifications, equipment efficiency standards and manufacturer guidance change over time, and content here may become out of date.
